Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Daywink app and website. By using Daywink, you agree to them.
Entertainment and reference only
Daywink provides fortune, astrology, tarot, personality, styling and AI-generated content for entertainment and general reference. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergency, safety-critical or high-stakes decisions. Market-related content is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Using the service
You may use Daywink for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You must not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass limits or security controls; upload unlawful or rights-infringing content; or use the service to harm another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you enter or upload. You give us and our processors a limited permission to transmit and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the feature you requested. You are responsible for having the right to submit it. See the Privacy Policy for handling details.
AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable. It may not be unique. You should review it before acting on or sharing it. We may apply automated safeguards, usage limits and quality checks.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple account. The app displays the price, billing period and any trial before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel in Apple account subscription settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Paid features may change, but we will not remove access already owed for a paid billing period without an appropriate remedy.
Availability and changes
We may update features, content and limits, or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where required, material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
Termination
You may stop using Daywink at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal requirements. Terms that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daywink is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing rules and contact
Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence continue to apply. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@daywink.app so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive a court or regulator available under mandatory law.
