Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Daywink app and website, operated by Qilong Liu under the name Daywink. By using Daywink, you agree to them.
Entertainment and reference only
Daywink provides illustrated daily color cards, wardrobe organization, outfit ideas, a color game, personality-preference exploration and optional AI-generated conversations and reports for entertainment and general reference. Optional card and I Ching prompts use symbolic traditions for reflection; daily color suggestions may use the profile details you enter and the date. Signature colors are styling inspiration, not a scientific color diagnosis or a prediction of outcomes. Content is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergency, safety-critical or high-stakes decisions. The current release does not expose a dedicated stock or live financial-analysis tool.
Using the service
You may use Daywink for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You must not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass limits or security controls; upload unlawful or rights-infringing content; or use the service to harm another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you enter or upload. You give us and our processors limited permission to transmit and process that content as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the feature you requested. You are responsible for having the right to submit it. See the Privacy Policy for handling details.
AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable. It may not be unique. You should review it before acting on or sharing it. We may apply automated safeguards, usage limits and quality checks.
Outfit temperature
The current release does not request or transmit device location or contact a weather service. Outfit advice uses an on-device seasonal temperature estimate based on the region you select and the current month.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple account. The app displays the price, billing period and any trial before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week (7-day) free introductory trial when Apple offers it; unless cancelled, the subscription then automatically renews and charges the monthly price displayed before purchase, not a weekly fee. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period; Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel in Apple account subscription settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. The 275 Wink-credit pack is a consumable, not a subscription. Every purchase is a user-initiated manual one-time purchase, never renews or charges automatically, and adds 275 purchased Wink credits that remain valid permanently. A Daywink account is not required to buy, restore or use a subscription or Wink credit pack. Verified Apple purchases are recorded in a separate purchase wallet. Use the same App Store account and Restore Purchases to reconnect eligible entitlements and the remaining purchased balance after reinstalling or changing devices; restoration does not replenish credits already spent. Paid features may change, but we will not remove access already owed for a paid billing period without an appropriate remedy.
Optional account and deletion
Using the app, purchasing and restoring do not require a Daywink account. If you create a Daywink account with Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to that Apple account secure. You can initiate deletion from inside Daywink. Account deletion is permanent and removes the server-side account name and email, device links and sessions. It does not automatically delete the profile, diary, saved readings or wardrobe files stored locally on your device; use the app's local-data controls or delete the app to remove them. Account-only promotional balances are cleared on account deletion. Separately verified purchase wallets retain eligible subscriptions and unused purchased credits, with subscription allowances subject to their normal cycle. Older account-linked purchases retain unused purchased balances for recovery using verified Apple transactions. Restore Purchases remains available without a Daywink account; it does not restore credits already spent or account-only rewards. Account deletion does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately in your Apple account.
Availability and changes
We may update features, content and limits, or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where required, material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
Termination
You may stop using Daywink at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal requirements. Terms that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daywink is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing rules and contact
Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence continue to apply. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@daywink.app so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive a court or regulator available under mandatory law.
